Privacy Notice
This notice explains the main ways NamMedicalPages handles information when people search the directory, manage provider profiles, create accounts or use appointment features.
Updated 10 October 2026
Privacy by purpose
NamMedicalPages is designed to collect and expose only the information needed for directory, account, verification, appointment and related platform functions.
Information we handle
NamMedicalPages may process account details, provider and practice information, directory content, appointment information, contact details, support communications and technical information needed to operate and secure the platform.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the healthcare directory, verify and manage provider profiles, support appointments and related communications, provide account access, maintain platform security and improve the service.
Provider and public directory information
Information intended for a public provider profile may be visible on NamMedicalPages once the profile is approved and published. Draft, unverified or non-public records are not intended for public indexing.
Appointments and communications
Appointment information is used to create, manage, reschedule or cancel bookings and to send confirmations or reminders where the relevant feature is enabled. Patients should not place diagnoses, test results or other unnecessary sensitive clinical information into general booking fields.
Facebook, Instagram and other marketing enquiries
When you submit a lead form, message or enquiry through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email or our website, we may collect your name, practice or business name, professional category, region, telephone number, email address, service or package interest, consent choices and submission source. We use this information to respond to your request, discuss listings and services, and manage appropriate follow-up.
Authorised engagement team and Novelty CX
Practice enquiries may be handled by authorised NamMedicalPages engagement personnel using Novelty CX, a calling and lead-management system operated for this purpose. Relevant enquiry and contact history may be shared within the authorised engagement workflow, subject to access controls. Submission of an enquiry does not automatically enrol you in unrelated marketing.
Marketing preferences and rights
You may ask us to correct or delete eligible personal information, request information about its use, or stop marketing and non-essential follow-up by contacting info@nammedicalpages.com. We will respect applicable legal retention obligations and any request to stop marketing.
Sensitive health information
General directory, social-media lead forms and practice-listing enquiries are not intended for medical records, diagnoses, identity documents or other sensitive health information. Do not submit such information in these forms.
Service providers and infrastructure
NamMedicalPages may rely on contracted technology providers for hosting, authentication, communications, media storage and related infrastructure. Access is limited to what is necessary to provide those services.
Security and access
Administrative and provider-management access is restricted by authenticated roles and permissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their credentials and report suspected account misuse promptly.
Retention and updates
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant service, legal, security or operational purpose. This notice may be updated as the platform and its services develop.
