These terms describe the basis on which people and healthcare providers use NamMedicalPages and its directory, account and appointment features.

Directory and platform service
Using NamMedicalPages means using a discovery and access platform. Healthcare decisions and clinical services remain between patients and their healthcare professionals.
Purpose of the platform
NamMedicalPages is a healthcare discovery and provider-information platform. It helps users find providers, facilities, services and related healthcare information and may support appointments and communications where those features are enabled.
Directory information
Provider information is presented for discovery and convenience. Although NamMedicalPages may review, verify or moderate records, users should confirm important clinical, pricing, availability, registration and treatment information directly with the relevant provider.
Not medical advice
NamMedicalPages does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or replace professional medical advice. In urgent or life-threatening situations, users should seek immediate emergency assistance from an appropriate healthcare service.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for activity performed through their accounts. Provider-management and administrative features are restricted to authorised users and may require verification before access is granted.
Provider submissions and claims
New listings, ownership claims and profile changes may be reviewed before publication. NamMedicalPages may request supporting information, reject incomplete or misleading submissions, suspend publication or require correction where appropriate.
Appointments
Appointment availability is provided by participating providers or their configured schedules. A booking is subject to the provider’s operational availability and applicable cancellation or rescheduling rules.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent information, interfere with platform operation, scrape or republish protected content unlawfully, or use NamMedicalPages to harm other users or providers.
Availability and changes
Platform features may be changed, improved, suspended or withdrawn as services develop. NamMedicalPages may also update these terms and will publish the current version on this page.
Limitation of platform role
NamMedicalPages provides directory and platform services and is not the healthcare provider delivering treatment. Responsibility for clinical services remains with the relevant provider and patient relationship.
